Pricing and the structure of service
One package, three sizes. Per client, per month.
How the package is structured
One offering — the same elevated managed service Onetribe runs for its own clients, structured for a fractional practice and priced per client. It moves along three axes, and the three sizes below are points on them:
Allocated capacity. A named support member from a local UK team, with capacity reserved for your clients each month, stated in sessions — not a ticket queue, and not a pool you compete for. Controller-level in the first tier, CFO-level from Portfolio Manager, allocated days in Managed Service.
AI — generic or tailored. The 24/7 AI analyst on the client’s governed numbers is in every tier. Tailored AI, from Portfolio Manager, adds the client’s own context — definitions, policies, board-pack conventions — so the output reads as if the house wrote it.
The forecast module. Planning and projections on the governed layer: rolling forecasts, scenarios derived from a baseline, every line carrying its assumption. Owned by the team, in Managed Service.
Every size includes the governed layer run and maintained, procedures executed and signed by the team, versioned history with nothing overwritten, and you on the front of all of it. The client contracts with Onetribe; you stay the advisor.
Controller
A controller's cadence, run for you.
- The governed data layer across the client’s systems, run and maintained
- Reporting refreshed daily — no month-end rebuild
- 12 controller sessions a month with your named support member
- Product, project and cost-centre tracking; simple group consolidation
- Variance analysis explained every cycle
- The 24/7 AI analyst on the client’s governed numbers
Portfolio Manager
For the multi-entity client.
- Everything in Controller
- 16 CFO-level sessions a month
- Multiple accounting systems and currencies; cross-entity consolidation
- Custom dimensions and parameters
- Tailored AI: the client’s own definitions, policies and board-pack conventions in the model’s context
Managed Service
The forward-deployed controller, embedded.
- Everything in Portfolio Manager
- Business projections and forecasting — the forecast module, owned by the team
- A named controller working the numbers on allocated days — remote, on-site when needed
- Custom development and integrations
- A dedicated analytics team
Scoped per engagement. Capacity is stated in days per month, agreed up front. For the largest client — or structured across your practice.
Top-up sessions, when a month runs hot: financial controller £50 per session, CFO £100 per session — sold in packs of ten, sessions up to 30 minutes, valid for three months.
Terms. Engagements run twelve months and roll thereafter — continuity is the thing being bought. There is a minimum sensible client size below which the economics work for nobody; we say so in the first call, not after the second invoice. Prices exclude VAT.
Bring us one client. We will show you the rest.
Thirty minutes: the client's size, systems and cadence — and you leave with a scope and a figure, not a follow-up email.
