IFT InForm Technologies is a Slovak and Czech engineering firm specialising in the design and implementation of energy systems.
When the engagement began, leadership had the right strategic questions but lacked the data infrastructure to answer them: two separate Money S5 ERP systems with no integration, project forecasts managed in Excel outside the accounting system, and manual consolidations requiring 10 or more days after month-end. A volume-based sales bonus system was misaligning commercial incentives with long-term profitability.
Onetribe integrated both Money S5 instances with automated daily extraction, standardised the chart of accounts across entities, embedded projection models directly into the data layer with automated revenue, cost, and cash flow projections from open project data, and redesigned the sales bonus system to separate volume from margin contribution. During the engagement, the Slovak entity migrated from Money S5 to the Baris ERP — executed without reporting interruption or historical data loss, with management unaware of the technical complexity. An AI layer was subsequently added, giving management on-demand natural language access to financial analysis.
Results: consolidation reduced from 10-plus days to real-time; management visibility shifted from historical to forward-looking; and the multi-year partnership has evolved into AI-powered strategic CFO advisory.
